    बहुत ही बढ़िया वीडियो बनाया मैडम आपने बस ऐसे ही वीडियो बनाते रहे और इतना डिटेल में समझाया ताकि एकदम अनपढ़ लोग जो है उसे भी पता चले कि कैसे मेडिटेशन करते हैं और कब करते हैं तो यह पूरा वीडियो हमने भी देखा और हमें भी बहुत कुछ ऐसी इनफार्मेशन मिली जो आज तक हमने नहीं पड़ी थी या नहीं देखी थी ।।

    Dr Aanal Rawal is one of the best yoga teacher in Gandhinagar.. She has an indepth knowledge of yoga and her ability to connect with each student is phenomemal.

    आज कल की भाग दौड़ वाली जिंदगी में मेडिटेशन की सख्त जरूरत है, मन की शांति लुप्त हो गई है, उसे वापस लाने के लिए ध्यान meditation एक मात्र जरिया है।
    जिंदगी में जरूरत कम करना और जो है उसमे खुश रहना और ध्यान मेडिटेशन करना खूब खूब मदद रूप रहेगा ।

    Mam mne ak ldki ki help kri jisko me jnta tak nhi tha usne mere upr jhutha case lga diya uske liye mujhe kuch dino ke liye jail tak jna pda tbse bilkul tut gya hu n kha pa rha hu n so pa rha hu life ruk si gai hai bilkul ghr per pda rhta hu din raat esi baat ko sochta rhta hu 4 months ho gaye is baat ko sbko dekhta rhta hu sab kaise khush hai or me sochta rhta hu kuch bhi smjh me nhi a rha hai mind dard krta rhta hai mene kbhi nhi socha tha ki mre sath esa ho jyga phle me bht khush rhta hai lekin ab nhi reh pa rha hu mam reply jrur dena me apke msg ka wait krnga me kal se wait kr rha hu apne reply nhi diya 24 h yhi baat mind me chlti rhti h me 4 months se so bhi nhi pa rha kisi kam me man nhi lg rha tha ak bhi din esa nhi gya jo y baat n sochi ho 24 h
